It’s casual, welcoming, and clearly built around comfort food that feels familiar yet satisfying every single time.

Walking in, the atmosphere feels easygoing, like a true neighborhood diner where people come to unwind. The menu keeps things simple but thoughtful, focusing on hearty dishes that are done right. One of the standout favorites is the poutine, loaded with rich gravy and perfectly cooked fries that hit that ideal balance between crispy and soft. For those craving lighter but still flavorful options, the noodle soup delivers a soothing, homemade feel that works well for lunch or dinner. Fish and chips are also a crowd-pleaser, with flaky fish and golden batter that pairs nicely with the casual diner setting. There’s a kids’ menu that makes it easy for parents, while small plates are available if you prefer to sample a few things instead of committing to one large dish. Outdoor seating adds to the experience during warmer months, especially for visitors enjoying the Wabamun area.

The restaurant is also thoughtfully designed with gender-neutral toilets, which adds to its inclusive, community-focused feel. Reviews often mention how approachable the space is, both in terms of food and atmosphere. What customers say?

“ Where do I even begin. Not only are the owners the nicest people you'll ever have the pleasure of meeting. But the food is absolutely outstanding. And the vibe at this place is very cozy and welcoming. The place also has some nice scenery inside the restaurant. Go on in, look at the place, say hi to the owners, order some food. You'll love the food at this place. Also, ask for their ice coffee. It's the most delicious ice coffee I have ever tasted. It's made with perfection. Go try it, then come back here and give me a thumbs up. ”

“ I walked 5 minutes from my hotel and found this little jem of a place right around the corner. As soon as I opened the door I knew this was going to be a good experiance, the place just had a warming feeling and it sets you back to an old 60's diner you would see in the movies. A true mom and pop resteraunt and they are the nices people you could ever want to meet, the best part the food and service was above excellent. “ Jingles in Wabamun was an absolute gem! It was my first time visiting, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The food was amazing, fresh, flavourful, and clearly made with care. But what really made the visit unforgettable was the service. The couple working there were beyond wonderful! So warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. You can tell they truly care about their customers and love what they do. I walked out full, happy, and with biggest smile. Can’t wait to come back, Jingles has officially won my heart! ”
